Clean hotel, comfortable with plenty of hot water and soft toilet paper. Close to shops and restaurants, which was a plus.

Rooms were compact, with a twin room being too small to separate beds. No kettle or tea-making facilities. only a malfunctioning drink machine in the lobby. The shower had hair from previous guests, and there were additional costs like city tax that felt excessive. I had issues with air conditioning that didn’t work well during a hot week, and the lack of a hair dryer was disappointing, considering the price. Overall, a bit underwhelming for what I expected.

Should you go for it? my answer

A truly pleasant experience! Perfectly located near the train station, making trips to Disneyland a breeze. The staff were exceptional, providing quick service. The breakfast offerings were delicious, especially the fresh croissants. While my room was clean, I did notice the air conditioning could use improvement. Would visit again!

All good, fulfills its purpose. Rooms are spacious and quiet for a restful stay. The hotel is just steps away from a large shopping complex and various dining options.

the staff reserved a parking space for us in the garage, which was helpful. there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Clean room, friendly staff, with fantastic breakfast options that included the best croissants I've ever had, and being just a short train ride from Disneyland made our stay even better.

The room was clean and quiet, which was great for the kids, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offered an amazing variety, and the kids particularly loved the delicious croissants. Plus, it was perfect for staying with our pet dog.

In my wife’s opinion, one extra pillow would have improved our comfort.

The Twin Room was super comfy and clean, perfect for my family. The shower had great water pressure, and the blackout curtains kept the light out for better sleep. Plus, having a 12 pm check-out meant we could enjoy breakfast without rushing. Only downside was I would have loved an extra pillow for more comfort.
